When you’re ready to buy or sell a home the first step is to hire a Realtor. Some buyers and sellers know who they’re going to hire while others do not.
For those who aren’t sure who to use the best course of action is to interview multiple agents. However, every agent conducts business differently and it’s imperative to know how they work. Some agents will be part of a team while others are solo agents, which there is a big difference between the two.
Solo agents are usually the only person a buyer or seller will be dealing with while multiple people will be involved when working with an agent on a team.
There are pros and cons to both options, it really depends on what the buyer or seller prefers.
