Egg Bhurji Recipe
Ingredients:
Eggs – 6 nos
Oil – 3 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Few Curry Leaves
Onions – 6 nos. (chopped)
Green Chillis – 3 nos.
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Water – 1/2 glass
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Few Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Heat oil and add the mustard seeds
2. When mustard seeds start splattering, add curry leaves, onions, green chillis, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder & turmeric powder and saute.
3. Add salt & water. Mix well
4. Close and cook till the water evaporates
5. Crack open and add the eggs.
6. Put the flame on low. Mix gently
7. Finally add coriander powder, cumin powder & coriander leaves
