Only 100 murders during a 12 month period in a city the size of London, with close to 9 million people?? I think that’s an incredibly low number. In comparison, I live in Milwaukee, WI (population 595,351) and in 2017 we had 118 murders, which represented a 15% drop from 2016! I’ve been watching a bazillion of this type of program on YouTube, including “candid” videos, and I can’t believe how much shit the police all over the UK get, without any retaliation. When people act like that here in the US, although the intensity of police response is highly variable within and between states, I know the police shut their mouths for them, by beating them up. And I mean BEAT UP. I have tons of respect for UK cops.
